• UniFix does not provide maintenance or repair services directly and is not responsible for the execution of services performed by service providers.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use the App.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Service Requests and Appointments

• Submitting a service request does not guarantee availability or acceptance.
• Appointments are confirmed only after approval by the service provider.
• Prices may change following inspection and must be approved before work proceeds.
• UniFix reserves the right to reject, cancel, or suspend any request at its discretion.

• Payments may include service fees, booking fees, or other applicable charges.
• Payments must be completed through the App using approved payment methods.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, as outlined in the Refund Policy.
• UniFix does not store sensitive payment details.

You agree to:

• Use the App lawfully and responsibly
• Provide accurate service details
• Be available at the scheduled service time
• Treat service providers respectfully
• Not misuse or interfere with the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• UniFix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• UniFix is not responsible for service provider actions or omissions
• UniFix's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to UniFix.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

11. Suspension and Termination

UniFix may suspend or terminate access to the App if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Engages in misuse or fraudulent activity
• Causes harm to the platform or other users

Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination.
