All payments made through UniFix are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment is completed—whether for service fees, booking confirmations, or any other charges—it cannot be refunded, canceled, or reversed.

UniFix operates as a digital platform that facilitates maintenance service requests and connects customers with verified service providers. Once a request is confirmed and processed, operational, administrative, and coordination costs are immediately incurred.
